Color Your World Club
The club is a place for you to improve you coloring techniques, share ideas with what kinds of things you have colored, bring samples to share with your fellow clubmates and get some new stamped images while you are here.
Each club meeting, we will have a variety of stamps available for you to stamp off and color. Sometimes they are stamps we carry at the store, sometimes, they are stamps other members in the club own and bring to share if they want to rotate the coloring for the month.
At the meeting you will receive paper to stamp off a sampling of the images provided. If you are using alcohol markers you will get Neenah cardstock, if other watercoloring mediums, colored pencils, etc. you will get Bristol or watercolor papers.
You bring your own ink pads to stamp your images, your misti or stamping tool, any markers/pencils/watercolors you will be using to color, and extra paper should you want to stamp additional images. Images are for your use only, not to be stamped and shared with friends who are not part of the club. This allows you to stamp and learn coloring techniques with images where you may not own the stamps or bef familiar with that genre of stamp.
We will occasionally have completed samples and notes or colors that we used when making the samples. We've seen how different the same people may color an image and we want to share those differences with each other and give us all a time to spend devoted to Coloring Our Worlds.
